I noticed that ‘Continue reading…’  label (Read More button) is not properly translated into my language (French).

The first solution that comes to mind would be to translate it properly, and the next thing that struck me is that I would prefer to be able to customize this label to be whatever I want, with a simple option in the theme to configure it (in a textbox for example).

@Bob, do you think it is a good solution ?
