Suggestion on the mercury theme: optional floating bottom menu

Hello!

Mercury is my favorite theme now, but I wonder if a floating bottom menu could be integrated, as it is a bit difficult to reach the burger menu as it is to the top left corner (Also I would like to add more stuff to it (contact button). What do you think about that?

Could you tell me how I can put the burger menu to the right of the logo?

BTW, how much does PayPal get when donating? Are there other ways of contributing?
