Meta Description – Set the meta description, which functions similarly to the meta title. Again, indexing must be enabled to use this option.

I am reading the Tags section of the manual, about indexing, where is the indexing setting? I cannot find it in Theme and Site settings.

OK I found it under SEO, Tag page, Meta Robots
