Where did the htaccess editor from tools go?

The Publii documentation had mentioned that the htaccess editor was under ‘tools’, but it no longer appears to be an option there. Since we are moving our existing Worpress blog to Publii, we have a ton of 301 redirects we need. Are we meant to be creating one in Tools under File Manager?

Yes, you can create it via a File Manager or FTP client.

Ps: Could you please indicate where exactly in the documentation the .htaccess tool is mentioned? I would like to fix it.
