WP Importer: links to files (e.g. PDFs) still absolute when imported

I am experimenting WP Importer, which seems to work fine.

However, links to files (e.g. PDFs) inside imported posts or pages remain absolute and still point to the WP (.com) site, i.e.:

https://mysite.files.wordpress.com/2021/11/myfile.pdf

Is there any way to (automatically) make them relative to the Publii website?

Unfortunately there is no easy way to fix such issues with WXR 🙁

Thank you for responding.
So a manual or a batch-editing of all the files seems to be the only way to do that.
